Injection moulding

At Vivi, injection technologies are not only cutting-edge but also a true point of pride for the company.

Now considered a benchmark in both aesthetic and structural moulding, Vivi is always one step ahead thanks to the use of modern high-end equipment.

With advanced systems such as drying or dehumidification units for hygroscopic materials, dedicated plasticizing groups for loaded or transparent materials, mould conditioning units, and sophisticated hot runner control systems – single or multi-channel – Vivi guarantees the highest quality at every stage of the production process. Additionally, we use controls for sequential injection, software for injection-compression, and two gas-assisted injection units.

Vivi operates a press fleet ranging from 45 tons to 2300 tons, allowing us to meet a wide range of needs, offering maximum versatility and production capacity, even for large-sized items. Among our presses, we have:

• 1 tri-injection press of 1000 tons, equipped for both co-moulding and over-moulding, capable of injecting three different plastic materials in the same cycle.
• 1 1000-ton counter-opposed bi-injection press, suitable for bi-injecting large bi-component surfaces.

With enhanced plasticizing units, we are able to inject up to 18kg of plastic material in a single cycle, allowing us to produce high-weight items that are typically out of standard.

Vivi is able to transform almost all thermoplastic materials at the highest quality level, thanks to an advanced planning and control system that ensures repeatability and precision at every stage of production.
